You Will Need:
2 size 10 ½ Circular needles
2 size 9 DPNs (for i-cord)
Use with: Any worsted weight yarn that will get the following gauge: 4 sts x 6 rows = 1 inch. We used Cascade 220 for the test knit, but this pattern would work well in any worsted weight wool or cotton that does not stretch too much. You will need approximately 1100-1320 yards of yarn for the main part of the legs and about 100 -200 yards of the contrasting color.
If using Cascade 220 you will need 5(5,6,6) balls of Color A and 1 ball of Color B for sizes 30(34,38,42) inches around the waist.
These pants are both comfortable and stylin' (especially when paired with the Hippie Bolero pattern.) Flared cuffs with textured pattern make the bottoms pop and the easy construction makes these a great project for a beginner.
